The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying and locating two persons wanted for questioning as persons of interest in an armed robbery.
On July 4, 2023, at about 3:20 p.m., an unknown male approached the victim in the 1200 block of Spain Street. The suspect was armed with a gun and demanded the victim's belongings. The suspect then fled in a gold Lexus with the victim's cellphone and wallet.
Through investigation, detectives identified the two pictured subjects (male in blue hat and white shirt, and female in orange shirt and shorts) as persons of interest in this investigation. They are not wanted in this incident but are sought for questioning only.
