NEW ORLEANS – The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Bud Fogan III (pictured; DOB:12/10/1967) and an unknown male subject involved in an aggravated criminal damage incident that occurred on June 25, 2021.
At around 3:35 p.m., Fogan was engaged in a verbal altercation with the victim while holding a firearm in his hand. The victim elected to end the argument by entering his house located in the 500 block of Cortez Street. When the victim entered his home, both Fogan and suspect 2 fired upon the victim’s house – striking it multiple times before returning to the pictured vehicle and fleeing the location.
The pictured vehicle is described as a red 2019 Red Chevrolet Silverado bearing Louisiana license plate #C951854.
