The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a suspect in the investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting that occurred on June 17, 2021 in the 11900 block of North I-10 Service Road.
At about 2:50 a.m., the victim was approached and shot by three unknown subjects while in the parking lot of a business as he was entering his vehicle. After the shooting, the subjects fled the location in a red vehicle (pictured, unknown make/model). The subject seen in surveillance video and pictured was determined to be the driver of that vehicle.
