New Orleans - The NOPD is looking for an unknown subject wanted for a theft incident that occurred on July 1, 2020.
At around 7:58 p.m., the pictured unknown subject was captured by surveillance cameras stealing a package from the porch of a home located in the 900 block of 4th Street. The subject then left the area on his bicycle.
