The NOPD is searching for a subject wanted for possession of stolen things and access device fraud in the Second District.
The incident occurred on June 26, 2019 in the 6100 block of Annunciation Street.
The wanted subject was observed to be in possession of a stolen credit cards and fraudulently used it to purchase various items.
The subject was identified as Yarvielle Bell (DOB: 7/16/1974).
An arrest warrant has been issued for Bell for charges of possession of stolen things and access device fraud.
