The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect seen on surveillance video in connection with a business burglary and auto burglary in the 500 block of Franklin Avenue on July 12, 2018 at about 6:08 p.m.
The suspect is described as a black male with black hair. He was last seen wearing the pictured clothing and a backpack, carrying items from the business as he fled the scene.
