Suspects Sought in Vehicle Burglary on Deers Street

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying three subjects seen on surveillance video burglarizing a vehicle in the 3000 block of Deers Street on July 14, 2017.

At about 9:30 p.m. on July 13, the victim’s husband returned home and parked their vehicle in front of their home in the area. The victim told police she believed her husband had locked the vehicle doors. When they returned to the vehicle the next morning at about 9:30 a.m., the found the vehicle had been ransacked and that an MP3 player had been stolen from the vehicle.

A review of surveillance video from the location showed three unknown males approach the vehicle at about 3:27 a.m. on July 14. The three opened the vehicle’s doors and entered the vehicle, going through the vehicle and trunk before fleeing the scene heading north on Deers Street.
