Suspect Wanted for Assault on Bayou Road

Suspect Wanted for Assault on Bayou Road

NOPD is looking for a suspect wanted in connection with an assault on his two roommates.

 

The victims reported that around midnight on July 9, 2017, they were involved in a verbal altercation with their roommate Michael Lee Paul (DOB: 1-14-1983) at their residence in the 1700 block of Bayou Road. The argument escalated to a physical altercation and Paul reportedly struck one of the victims on the head and assaulted her with a knife. Paul then battered the other victim with the knife, causing a deep laceration his right arm. He then fled the scene.

 

Paul is described as a white male, 5’10” tall and weighing 187 pounds. He is wanted for aggravated battery, simple battery, and aggravated assault.
