Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery at Fast Food Restaurant

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating and identifying a male suspect in connection to an armed robbery incident that occurred at a fast food restaurant earlier today (July 21, 2017).

At about 3:11 a.m., the pictured suspect placed an order in the drive thru at  a fast food restaurant in the 4400 block of Chef Menteur Highway.  Upon reaching the window, the suspect exited his vehicle, pointed a gun and demanded all the money from the cash register. He then grabbed the money from the register and fled in a black SUV that officers believe to be a 2003 or 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

If you know the whereabouts or identification of the wanted subject, please contact any Third District detectives at 504-658-6030 or anonymously to CrimeStoppers at 504-822-1111 or toll free at 1-877-903-7867.
