NOPD has identified a suspect wanted in connection with a robbery that took place in the 6800 block of Orleans Avenue on February 23, 2016.
The victim reported that he met an unknown black female at a bar on Bourbon Street and they relocated to his residence in the Third District. Once inside, the woman sprayed the victim with pepper spray and fled with his wallet, watch and iPhone.
After investigating this incident, NOPD detectives have identified Carmen Martinez (DOB: 4-2-1995) as a suspect in this incident. She is described as black female, 5’5” tall and weighing 140 pounds.
