The NOPD is seeking any information that can help identify or locate a suspect seen on surveillance camera in commission of an armed robbery in the 3000 block of Elysian Fields Avenue on July 13, 2017.
At about 2 p.m., the subject entered a Shell gas station armed with a small black semiautomatic handgun. The subject then demanded money from the clerk at gunpoint. The clerk complied and the suspect fled the scene on foot.
The perpetrator is described as an unknown black male standing about 6’3” and wearing a white bandana covering the lower half of his face. He was also last seen wearing a black hat with white writing, a white long sleeve shirt and black pants.
