Suspect Wanted for Using Stolen Credit Card at Family Dollar

Suspect Wanted for Using Stolen Credit Card at Family Dollar

 

The NOPD is looking to identify and locate an unknown male who was seen using a stolen credit card that was taken during a vehicle burglary.

The incident happened on January 8, 2017. At around 8 p.m. the victim told police he parked his 2005 gold, Jeep Grand Cherokee in the 100 block of Roosevelt Way and left his wallet in the center console. The next day at around 8 p.m., the victim discovered his credit cards missing from his wallet. The victim also realized a number of transactions were made with his debit and credit cards.   

Through the course of the investigation, officers discovered on January 9, 2017 at 6:34 p.m. the victim’s credit card was used by an unknown white suspect at a Family Dollar store located in the 2400 block of South Claiborne Avenue.

Once located, the suspect will be charged with access device fraud and illegal possession of stolen property.
