NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating a runaway juvenile.
At 8 p.m. on January 18, 2017, Rayteleon Duhon, (DOB: 02/06/2004) was reported as a runaway. He was last seen leaving his school in the 2800 block of General Meyer at approximately 1:50 p.m. and he was accompanied by two older juveniles from another school.
Duhon is described as being 5’6,” tall, weighing 132 pounds, and having a brown complexion and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a Harriet Tubman school shirt and khaki pants
