NOPD Homicide investigators are seeking to identify two subjects regarding a homicide that occurred on January 17, 2017.
The shooting incident occurred in the 1600 block of Mandeville Street at around 2:25 p.m. Both subjects are not considered suspects in this investigation but only persons of interest in this case. Investigators believe both subjects could have valuable information regarding this homicide investigation.
