The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jacqueline Dion Shelly (DOB: 10-06-1988) in regards to an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the 7300 block of West Roadway Street.
The victim told police that he had leased a 2016 black Hyundai Accent vehicle in his name in an effort to help Shelly and letting Shelly drive the vehicle as a ride share vehicle. The victim said that Shelly had agreed to pay him back for the vehicle. Due to Shelly allegedly not making payments on the vehicle, the victim attempted to take the vehicle back from Shelly. However, when he went to do so, he said that Shelly informed him that she had lost the car’s keys.
