The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing.
Kenneth Hagan (DOB: 04-06-1961) was last seen from on January 20, 2017 at about 9:50 a.m. in the 1400 block of Moss Street. Hagan was last seen by his father, who said Hagan was driving a 206 black Nissan Titan pickup truck bearing Louisiana license plate # W945230. The truck is reportedly registered to Hagan’s father. Family members told police that it is unusual for Hagan to miss work and not have contact with his mother.
