The NOPD is looking for a missing person reported from Bullard Avenue.
Timothy Newton (DOB: 1/12/1993) was last seen on January 17, 2017 at about 4:30 p.m. by his mother in the 7500 block of Bullard Avenue. Newton’s mother told police neighbors spotted Newton riding off in a blue, BMX style bicycle but he hasn't returned home since.
Newton has a number of mental disorders.
