The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating an unknown subject captured on surveillance video stealing a bicycle from the 2100 block of Chartres Street on January 10, 2017.
At about 6:30 p.m., surveillance video captured the incident as the unknown subject approached the bicycle, which was locked and secured to a post. The subject is seen cutting the cable and removing the bicycle from the post before fleeing the location toward Elysian Fields Avenue.
