The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect wanted in connection with an auto burglary on January 4, 2017 in the 2100 block of Rampart Street.
At about 3:15 a.m., video surveillance cameras in the area captured an unknown black male burglarize the victim’s vehicle before fleeing the scene with a bag of hand tools taken from the burglarized vehicle.
