The NOPD is looking for the public's help in identifying a subject wanted in connection with illegally operating a stolen vehicle.
On January 23, 2024, at about 12:42 p.m., the pictured unknown black male, was observed operating a stolen 2014 black Land Rover at business parking lot in the 1100 block of South Claiborne Avenue.
The Land Rover was stolen from the 2700 block of Louisiana Avenue sometime between the January 11 and 15, 2024.
The vehicle has Louisiana license plate #562AUN.
