New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with locating a person of interest regarding a shooting incident. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Toulouse Street at about 2:09 a.m. on December 24, 2023.
The person in question was driving the black Ford Escape pictured above. The vehicle had no license plate.
This person is not wanted for this crime and is being sought only because investigators believe he may have information pertinent to the shooting incident.
