The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Justin Flemings (pictured, black male, DOB: 08-10-1988) in the investigation of an aggravated battery by cutting and aggravated assault that occurred on January 23, 2022 in the 200 block of Bourbon Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives have positively identified Flemings as the perpetrator in this incident. He is wanted on one count each of aggravated assault and aggravated battery.
