Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery on Chef Menteur Highway

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating a suspect who is responsible for an armed robbery that occurred in the 9200 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

The reporting person told police that around 5:30 a.m. on January 16, 2019, an unknown black male subject wearing a black ski mask entered the business, pointed a silver gun at the victim and demanded money from the cash register. The victim complied and the subject removed all the cash from the drawer. The subject reportedly fled the scene in an unknown vehicle, heading toward Bundy Road.
