The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a simple burglary incident that occurred on January 15, 2019 in the 800 block of Bourbon Street.
At about 8:30 p.m., the victim was in the process of receiving a shoe shine in the 800 block of Bourbon Street when the pictured subject reportedly approached him from behind on his right side and punched him in his right eye, causing moderate trauma. After punching the victim, the suspect allegedly took the victim’s shoulder bag and fled west on Bourbon Street, turning right on St. Ann Street.
