The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a package theft that occurred on January 3, 2019 in the 8200 block of Apricot Street.
At about 3:09 p.m., a package was stolen from off the front porch of a residence in the 8200 block of Apricot Street. A picture is included depicting the subject seen committing the theft.
