Vehicle Reported as Stolen at Bienville & North Miro Streets

The NOPD is searching for a vehicle reported as stolen at the intersection of Bienville and North Miro Streets.

The victim told police he was given permission by the owner of a vacant lot to park his vehicle in the lot next to his residence, which he did at 3 p.m. on November 5, 2017. The next day at about 6 a.m., the vehicle was missing from the area, and the victim observed tire marks in the grass of the vacant lot. 

The vehicle is described as being a maroon, 2000 Dodge Durango bearing Louisiana license plate #299AYW. The vehicle has a black-colored trunk door.
