Suspect Wanted for Attempted Second Degree Murder

The NOPD is searching for Kylee Sextion (DOB:10/14/01) regarding a shooting incident captured on surveillance video on January 7, 2018. 

 At about 6:20 p.m., Sixth District detectives investigated a shooting at the intersection of Freret Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. During the course of the investigation, officers obtained surveillance footage that displayed Sextion shooting at multiple victims in the area and attempting to inflict great bodily harm.

During the shooting incident, Sextion struck a female victim in the arm who was standing in the area. Sextion is wanted for four counts of attempted second degree murder and one count of aggravated battery second degree.
