The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the below pictured male subject wanted in an armed robbery by knife incident.
The incident happened on January 1, 2018. At approximately 3:56 p.m., the wanted subject entered the Family Dollar store located in the 11900 block of North I-10 Service Road and began placing items into a green bag. The employees then locked the front door believing the subject had no intentions of purchasing the merchandise.
Once the subject discovered the doors were locked, he then produced a small knife and threatened the employees. Fearing for their safety, the store employees unlocked the front door and the subject fled the location.
