The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for James Russell Davis (DOB: 05-20-1985) in the investigation of a motorcycle theft that occurred on January 15, 2020.
Through investigation, NOPD Eighth District detectives determined that Russell removed the victim’s black 2014 Honda Interceptor motorcycle from the second floor of the Harrah’s Casino parking garage. Russell then fled the scene on the motorcycle, heading west on Convention Center Boulevard then unknown.
When apprehended, Russell will be charged with theft of a motor vehicle
