NEW ORLEANS - The NOPD is looking for a male subject involved in an armed robbery incident that took place on February 25, 2020.
At around 3:15 p.m., the pictured unknown male subject and the victim were playing the “shell game” in the area of the 600 block of Canal Street. The victim won $200 and placed the cash inside of his wallet. When the subject reportedly observed the amount of cash inside of the wallet, he reached inside of his pocket, pulled out a knife, and demanded the victim’s cash. The subject stole $2000 and a gold chain from the victim.
The subject is described as a heavy set male with cornrows in his hair. He was wearing a black, red, and white jacket with the word “Chicago” stitched on the front. He also had on a white t-shirt and dark colored jeans.
