The NOPD has arrested Roderick A. Moliere (pictured, black male, DOB: 11-18-1998) and two teenage juvenile male suspects in the investigation of an armed carjacking on January 31, 2022 in the 2600 block of General Meyer Avenue.

The NOPD is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a subject identified as a person of interest for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on January 15, 2022 at the intersection of Benefit Street and Saint Roch Avenue.
The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Samuel “Duke” Harris (pictured, black male, DOB; 10-06-1980) in the investigation of a homicide on January 15, 2022 at the intersection of Benefit Street and Saint Roch Avenue.
