The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a vehicle believed to be involved with a shooting that occurred on February 1, 2019 at the intersection of Dwyer Road and East Hermes Street.
Surveillance video shows a vehicle turning around on East Hermes Street and later following the victim, who is walking on Dwyer Road. The victim stated a passenger then rolled down the window and began shooting at him, striking him twice. The reported shooting incident occurs off camera. The victim can then be seen running into view of the camera and returning on Dwyer Road.
