The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating an individual believed to have shoplifted from the Dollar General at 8201 Earhart Boulevard on February 6, 2017.
Just before noon, the pictured subject entered the store and took possession of three bottles of laundry detergent before fleeing the store without paying for the items.
