The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person reported as missing.
This morning, February 25, 2017, at about 12:00 a.m. Olivia Nelson (DOB: 10-05-1990) was last seen at the Mango Daiquiris, located in the 200 block of Bourbon Street. She spoke to her mother at about 2:00 a.m., and later texted a friend asking to be picked up in the 200 block of Bourbon Street. When her friends arrived, Nelson was not there and has not been seen or heard from since.
