The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person of interest for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a homicide that occurred on November 28, 2023, in the 4400 block of Majestic Oaks Drive.
Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Section detectives have identified Jarvis Bernard (pictured, black male, DOB: 08-23-2003) as a person of interest. Bernard is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
