The NOPD is seeking to locate Shawn Martin, (pictured, DOB: 8-25-2004) in connection with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and illegal possession of stolen things.
On November 16, 2023, an auto theft was reported in the 3100 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.
Through investigation, detectives positively identified Martin as the perpetrator in this incident.
A warrant has been issued for him on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle & illegal possession of stolen things.
Martin is described as standing 5'7" tall and weighs approximately 151 pounds.
