NOPD Arrests Subject Wanted in Two Third District Armed Robberies

The NOPD has arrested a subject wanted for armed robbery in the Third District.

On Monday December 14, 2020, an unknown subject, later identified as Chaz Landry (B/M DOB: 7/22/1982) entered business located in the 2000 block of Gentilly Blvd.

Landry is accused of producing a firearm, pointing at an employee, and demanding money. The employee complied and Landry then fled the location.

On December 18, 2020 the Violent Offenders Warrant Squad (VOWS) arrested Landry at his residence on two counts of armed robbery.

Mr. Landry is also accused of committing an armed robbery at the same location on December 10, 2020.
