The NOPD has arrested a subject in connection with a homicide that occurred in the Eighth District.
The incident occurred on December 16, 2020 around 11:39 p.m. in the 1600 block of Gravier Street.
NOPD Eighth District officers responded to a call reporting an unresponsive male victim down at the location.
The victim was found to have sustained multiple stab wounds and died at the scene.
Subsequent identified Clive Smith (B/M DOB: 8/3/1980) as the accused perpetrator. Smith was arrested on December 18, 2020.
