The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a subject identified as the perpetrator of a vehicle burglary that occurred on December 24, 2018 in the 800 block of Ursulines Street.
At about 11:13 a.m., the pictured subject is believed to have burglarized an unlocked vehicle in the area, taking multiple items of paperwork. The subject then reportedly fled the scene heading south on Ursulines Street.
