The NOPD is searching for a subject in connection with a Seventh District aggravated assault.
On Friday, December 15, 2017 at approximately 12:10 a.m., the wanted subject, identified as Troy McKinnis (DOB: 6/18/1987), was involved in an altercation with a female victim in which he produced a handgun and threatened to shoot her.
The subject fled the location when the victim called for police assistance.
McKinnis is described as a black male, six feet tall, weighing around 165 pounds.
McKinnis should be considered armed and dangerous.
