Three Teens Wanted for Armed Robbery at Edinburgh and Joliet

Three Teens Wanted for Armed Robbery at Edinburgh and Joliet

NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating three teenage suspects wanted for armed robbery.

 

The victim reported that on December 6, 2016, at approximately 10:20 p.m. she was approached by three unknown black males at the intersection of Edinburgh and Joliet streets. One of the males produced a handgun and demanded her property. The victim complied and the three males fled the location.

 

Suspect #1 is described as a black male, 15-16 years old, 5’5” tall with a slim build, dark complexion and short black hair. He was wearing a black hoodie and black pants and was armed with a small black revolver equipped with a laser. 

 

Suspect #2 is described as a black male, 15-16 years old, 5’6" tall with a thin build, brown complexion and wearing a dark hoodie. 

 

Suspect #3 is described as a chubby black male, 15-16 years old, 5'6" tall, with a low bush hair style, thick eyebrows and a light complexion. He wore a navy blue hoodie and gloves.

Armed Robbery

In Louisiana, an armed robbery conviction requires the offender to be imprisoned at hard labor for 10 – 99 years, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence. When a firearm is used in the commission of the crime, the offender will be imprisoned for an additional 5 years that will be served consecutively to the original sentence.
