The Violent Offender Warrant Squad (VOWS) arrested Rickey Richard (DOB: 04/16/59) after he reportedly sexually assaulted a victim last year.
The incident happened on March 8, 2015 at around 10 p.m. A female victim reported being sexually assaulted at the intersection of Bourbon and Canal Street. Through the course of the investigation, Richard was found to be the perpetrator in this incident.
Richard was arrested and booked into Central Lockup with Simple Rape.
