The NOPD is investigating a homicide (December 2) in the 7500 block of Forest Glen Road.
Around 3:56 a.m., Seventh District officers responded to an aggravated battery by shooting near the intersection of Forest Glen Road and Castlewood Drive. When officers arrived, they observed a 54-year-old male victim lying on the front porch of a residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim died on the scene from his injuries.
The investigation into the incident is ongoing. No further information is available at this time.
