NOPD Identifies Suspect In Shooting On Stroelitz Street

The NOPD is looking for Jeremy Coco (9-19-1996) in connection with a shooting that happened last night (Dec. 14). He is wanted for attempted second degree murder.

 

The victim and a friend reported they were sitting outside of a residence around 10 p.m. in the 8400 block of Stroelitz Street when a brown minivan pulled up and the passenger asked one of the victims for a cigarette. The suspect, later identified as Coco, then pulled out a handgun and fired, striking the victim in the neck, face, and shoulder.  The vehicle then fled the scene.
