NOLA.com’s Doug MacCash saw that firsthand at the first night of the Luna Fete Wednesday (Dec. 7). While ensuring the safety of the event, Sergeant L.J. Smith busted out his best dance moves for the crowd, much to the delight of everyone in attendance.
