NOPD Identifies Suspect Wanted for Domestic Violence Incidents

NOPD Identifies Suspect Wanted for Domestic Violence Incidents

The NOPD is seeking to locate Desmond Washington (pictured, black male, DOB: 10-23-1998), a subject with outstanding arrest warrants in connection with multiple domestic violence incidents dating back to 2021.

The warrants stem from multiple domestic violence incidents involving two separate victims. Washington is facing charges that include domestic abuse battery, domestic abuse strangulation, domestic abuse battery with child endangerment, threats and criminal damage to property.

Washington is further described as standing approximately 5’09” and weighing approximately 155 pounds, with brown eyes and a dark complexion. He also has a tattoo of the word “True” behind his right ear.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
