NOPD Seeking Suspect in Third District Attempted Murder Investigation

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Glenn Joseph (pictured, black male, DOB: 11-03-1986) in the investigation of an incident on August 12, 2022, in the 4400 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives determined that at about 9:47 p.m. on August 12, Joseph arrived at a restaurant at the location. After a verbal confrontation with an employee of the restaurant, Joseph is believed to have fired one gunshot at the victim. Joseph then reportedly fled the scene in a white 2019 Dodge Ram 1500 Crew pickup truck bearing Louisiana license plate Z328613.

Joseph is wanted on charges of attempted second-degree murder and felon in possession of a firearm.
