Suspects Sought in Eighth District Auto Burglary

Suspects Sought in Eighth District Auto Burglary

NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public to identify two subjects who are wanted in connection with an auto burglary that occurred in the Eighth District.

On August 1, 2019, officers responded to an auto burglary in the 900 block of Saint Louis Street. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim’s passenger side window was smashed.

Officers reviewed surveillance video from this incident and observed two male subjects burglarize the victim’s vehicle around 5:33 a.m. on Thursday.

The first subject is described as a black male, approximately 6’1” tall, bald and thin build. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with horizontal stripes and dark colored pants.

The second subject is described as a black male, approximately 5’10” tall. He was last seen wearing a tan bucket hat, a white t-shirt, tan shorts and a red drawstring backpack.
