The NOPD arrested Nicole Gioustovia (DOB: 01-22-1989) in the investigation of an aggravated battery by shooting that occurred on August 8, 2019 in the 14700 block of Chef Menteur Highway.
Through investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined that at about 2:28 p.m., Gioustovia shot the victim in the leg during the course of a verbal altercation at the location.
Gioustovia was arrested and booked into the Orleans Parish Justice Center for attempted second degree murder and illegal discharge of a firearm.
