The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the pictured subject, who is believed to be responsible for a simple robbery that occurred in the 600 block of Carondelet Street on July 31, 2018.

The victim told police that at about 2:45 a.m., she was outside sitting on a bench smoking a cigarette when an unknown black male subject approached and sat on a bench next to her.
